How to Opt Out of SMS & RCS New
You can opt out of receiving SMS or RCS marketing messages from us at any time. To do so:
- Reply STOP to any SMS or RCS message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent.
- Reply HELP to any message to receive information about how to contact us or how to opt out.
- Email us at [email protected] and request to be removed from our mobile messaging list.
We will honour all opt-out requests promptly. Once you opt out, we will not send you further SMS or RCS marketing messages unless you subsequently opt back in. Opting out of SMS or RCS does not automatically unsubscribe you from email communications — these are managed separately.
You have an absolute right under UK GDPR to object to direct marketing at any time. This right applies to all marketing channels, including SMS and RCS.
Mobile Data Sharing Policy New
We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS/RCS opt-in data to any third party for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your mobile number may be shared only with the following categories of sub-processors, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf:
- Klaviyo — our marketing platform, used to send and manage SMS communications
- Google (RCS for Business) — used to deliver RCS messages through verified sender profiles
- Mobile network operators and RCS aggregators — for message routing and delivery
All such sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements and are required to process your mobile number only on our documented instructions, and only for the purpose of message delivery. They are prohibited from using your mobile number for any other purpose.
All other categories of data sharing listed in this Privacy Policy (including for legal compliance) apply equally to mobile data. However, mobile opt-in consent data will never be used for purposes beyond what was disclosed at the point of consent.
Message Rates & Frequency New
Message and data rates may apply. SMS and RCS messages are delivered over your mobile network or a Wi-Fi connection. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile network provider may apply, depending on your plan. Intentive does not charge separately for receiving our messages.
Message frequency will vary depending on the nature of your engagement with us and any campaigns or updates relevant to you. We will not send an unreasonable volume of messages and will always aim to send only messages that are relevant and useful.

Retention of Your Information
We will retain your personal information for 90 days to 2 years after user accounts remain idle, or for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy.
We may need to retain certain information for longer periods, such as for record-keeping and reporting in accordance with applicable law, or for other legitimate reasons such as enforcement of legal rights or fraud prevention.
Mobile consent records (including your opt-in date, method, and the consent language presented) will be retained for a minimum of 5 years following the date of consent or the date of last communication — whichever is later — to enable us to demonstrate compliance with PECR and UK GDPR in the event of a regulatory enquiry.
Residual anonymous and aggregate information that does not identify you directly or indirectly may be stored indefinitely.
